Charitable giving policy
Smiths seeks to contribute to the communities in which we live and work in a number of ways. In addition to providing employment opportunities and minimising our environmental impact, we support a variety of local community initiatives.
Our charitable donations and community initiatives facilitate projects around the globe that, like our products, seek to help make the world a safer, healthier and more productive place.
Smiths Group and its operating divisions – John Crane, Smiths Medical, Smiths Detection, Smiths Interconnect and Flex-Tek - support organisations that promote the advancement or wellbeing of people through a range of health and education initiatives.
Each division is responsible for agreeing and administering its own charitable donations budget. To apply to these funds, please contact the appropriate division directly using the links below.
In addition to this, Smiths Group has a limited corporate budget for charitable donations that make a positive impact in the community in and around the area near to its head office in London or to the sectors we operate in.
