Ramon Mojica has been part of the Smiths Family for two decades and counting, joining in June 2004. He is based in Flex Tek Mexico as Quality Control Manager.

I’m really grateful for the opportunities and promotions that have been offered to me to help grow my career.

It’s a great company and really values its people. Besides that, you feel like you belong to a big family.
What would you advice would you give your younger self?
I would encourage myself to be prepared for the opportunities that come and to not be afraid to take them. Also to be sure of what you are doing, and trust your abilities.
