SMITHS Medical, part of the global engineering business Smiths Group, announced today it has launched a new range of advanced embryo replacement catheters in response to the changing needs of fertility specialists.

The Sure-Pro and Sure-Pro Ultra catheters, which will be used for in-vitro fertilisation procedures, are the result of research by Smiths Medical into the changing needs of its customers.

The new range was showcased in June at National Infertility Day - a patient awareness event in London. Patients said they liked the idea that they could see their embryos being released thanks to the Sure-Pro Ultra catheter, which is visible under ultrasound.

Smiths Medical is the global market leader in embryo transfer products consistently striving to innovate its range and offer advanced fertility solutions to its customers.
